Accounting Coordinator

Administrative Assistant

This position will support various program related efforts of Broward Healthy Start Coalition, Inc. in the Community Health Department. The incumbent will provide a broad range of administrative and program support to the department and work closely with supervisors and managers to fulfill administrative needs. Contracts Coordinator

The Contracts Coordinator is a new position within the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for administering grant activities, assisting in the preparation of and submission of grant and contract reporting, submission of deliverables to funders, collection of deliverables from subcontractors, and serving as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, subcontractors, and funders. Intake Assistant

This position processes a high volume of prenatal and infant risk screens and referrals coming into the Coordinated Intake and Referral unit. Click Download below for more details:

Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator completes the initial contact interview with pregnant women and parents of infants who were screened for or referred to Healthy Start and/or the Coordinated Intake and Referral unit. Click Download below for more details:
