“My baby was born premature at 28 weeks. I was very scared he was not going to survive. My care coordinator came to see me and helped during the time my baby was in the NICU. She was with me when the doctors were in, and she taught me how to be confident and know how to speak to the doctors and nurses. She sat by my side during the most difficult times. I felt I had all the support by the program. Now my baby is 6 months, and he is bigger and stronger. My baby is doing so well, and I am so happy. Thank you to this program and my worker Liz.”
