Connect is a service that links pregnant women, women experiencing pregnancy loss, and families with children under the age of three (3) to the most appropriate services and resources that target the family’s individualized needs. Connect provides linkages to community resources.

Make an appointment to see a Doctor or Prenatal Healthcare Provider:

If you do not have medical insurance, you can apply for MEDICAID online through the Department of Children and Families portal for ACCESS Florida online at:

Or to complete an application over the phone or have an application mailed to you, you can contact MEDICAID at 1-866-762-2237 or TTY: 1-800-955-8771
